Service Description

Meeting consultation with ONE PARTY ONLY to be held via Zoom. Parties must have lived in separate residences without reconciliation for 180 days (365 days if the parties share minor children.) Parties must waive service of process. Fee includes preparation of documents, notary services, court processing and court costs. Ancillary agreements related to divorce, including but not limited to child custody, support and community property agreements are available for an additional fee.
