Lead Attorney, Jacqueline Epstein

Jacqueline Epstein, JD, MLIS is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she engaged in International Family Law scholarship. She is a trained mediator, adjunct professor of family law, and the author of Lifelong Frenemies: A Guide to Transitioning from Perfection to Civility and Staying Friendly with your Co-Parent. She leads the legal community nationally through her service in various leadership appointments to the Louisiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

With over a decade of experience in law, Ms. Epstein offers exemplary credentials and attentive service to her clients. After graduating from Georgetown University Law Center with a Juris Doctor,  Jacqueline built upon her scholarship in legal research by attaining a Master of Library and Information Sciences. She is a leader in the field of Family Law and has written books and articles on topics such as Amicable Co-Parenting and LGBTQIA+ Parental Rights. She has served in multiple leadership roles in the American Bar and Louisiana State Bar Associations and has attained prestigious community recognition several years in a row as a Super Lawyers Rising Star among Family Law Attorneys in New Orleans.  Jacqueline's personalized approach to client representation encompasses knowledge of conflict resolution as well as litigation skills to tailor services for every client's legal needs.
