What is Mediation?
Mediation is a process for resolving disputes where a neutral mediator facilitates negotiations between the parties. In mediation, the parties decide the terms of their agreements through the assistance of the neutral mediator so that they can obtain mutually satisfactory outcomes. The objective of mediation is to facilitate an environment where the parties can actualize their goals and move towards a resolution that fits their needs.
